Who we are
Secure IT Lifecycle is a trading name of Neil Brown, a sole trader based in Crewe, England. Privacy enquiries can be sent to info@secureitlifecycle.co.uk.

How we use the information
We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess collection requests, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services, maintain business records, protect the website and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations.
Website and email providers
The website is delivered using Cloudflare. Form submissions are handled by Web3Forms and delivered to a Microsoft 365 business mailbox. These providers process information on our behalf to operate the website, forms and email service.
Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers or professional advisers where this is necessary to respond to an enquiry, deliver an agreed service, operate the business or meet a legal obligation.
Retention
Personal information is retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including enquiry follow-up, customer service, accounting and legal record keeping. Records are reviewed and deleted when no longer required.
Your rights
