The business is operated by Neil Brown, an IT professional with more than 20 years’ experience across business technology, technical support, systems implementation and equipment lifecycle requirements.
Collection assessments and customer communication are managed directly by the business owner, providing a clear point of responsibility.

Collections and any site visits are arranged in advance, with access, handling and reporting requirements agreed for each job.
